Join the crew.
Work that holds itself to a standard.
Crown Ridge Facility Services hires people who care about the quality of their work. Background-screened, trained to standard, and part of a team that shows up for the environments it serves.
How we operate
Pre-employment checks run on every hire before first assignment.
Every technician is trained to site-specific written protocols, not verbal habit.
You work alongside experienced site supervisors, not alone with no guidance.
You represent a fully licensed and insured company. That standard protects you too.
Open positions
Roles we're hiring for.
All roles require a background screening. All roles are trained before the first site assignment. No verbal shortcuts.
Janitorial Technician
FieldYou are the standard. Technicians execute site-specific checklists across commercial, medical, and institutional environments. Every task is written down — nothing runs on memory or assumption. You will be trained on the protocols for each facility you serve.
Responsibilities
- Complete written checklist tasks each visit — zero items left undocumented
- Operate cleaning equipment and apply approved solutions per surface type
- Follow site-specific infection-control procedures in clinical environments
- Report any observed damage or safety concern before leaving the site
- Communicate clearly with your site supervisor at shift start and close
Requirements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs, and work extended shifts
- Reliable transportation to assigned sites
- Professional conduct and punctuality — clients see you
- Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
Site Supervisor
LeadershipSupervisors are the quality gate. You manage a crew of technicians across assigned accounts, conduct post-service quality reviews, and own the 48-hour correction window when a missed item is reported. You are the point of contact between the field and the client relationship.
Responsibilities
- Lead and schedule technician crews across a set of assigned accounts
- Conduct post-service quality reviews — walk the space, not just sign off
- Review and update site checklists as facility needs change
- Own follow-up on any client-reported correction within 48 hours
- Train new technicians on site-specific protocols before their first shift
Requirements
- Pass a pre-employment background screening
- Minimum 2 years in commercial cleaning or facilities management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and hold a crew to a written standard
- Comfortable with written communication for checklist and report work
- Valid CA driver license — travel between sites is required
Account Manager
Client-FacingAccount Managers maintain the relationship between Crown Ridge Facility Services and its clients. You conduct initial facility walkthroughs, prepare written scopes of work, and serve as the escalation point when a service concern arises. You sell quality by explaining the mechanism, not by overpromising.
Responsibilities
- Conduct facility walkthroughs with prospects and new clients
- Translate walkthrough findings into written scope of work proposals
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
- Coordinate with supervisors on scope changes, corrections, and scheduling
- Identify account growth opportunities without fabricating service value
Requirements
- Pass a pre-employment background screening
- 2+ years in a client-facing or account management role
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable discussing cleaning protocols and facility conditions in detail
- Valid CA driver license — client site visits are part of the role

Culture of craft
The standard is the job.
Crown Ridge Facility Services is not an "any warm body" operation. Every person who works here passed a background check and was trained on the specific protocol for their assigned site. That discipline is what makes the work worth doing.
- You will never be told to skip an item — the checklist is the job.
- Supervisors do post-service reviews. That is not pressure; it is how we catch things early.
- Every technician is trained before the first site. You are not thrown in.
- The 48-hour correction window protects clients and gives the team a chance to fix, not just apologize.
The hiring process
What happens after you apply.
There is no mystery to the process. You apply, you are screened, you are trained, and you are supported before you run a site on your own. The checklist removes ambiguity. The supervisor removes isolation.

Submit your name, contact, and the role you want via email. A short note about your background is welcome but not required.
Background Screening
All hires complete a pre-employment background check before their first assignment. This is non-negotiable — it protects the clients, the team, and you.
Site Training
You are trained on the specific checklist and protocols for your assigned facility before your first service. No verbal briefings only.
Supervised First Visits
A supervisor is present for your initial site visits to answer questions and confirm you are comfortable with the protocol before you run it independently.

What the work looks like
“The checklist is not a burden. It is evidence that the work was done right.”
